How the Work of Biblical Truth Ministries is Supported

Biblical Truth Ministries is sponsored by the Christian Biblical Church of God and is dedicated to teaching and preaching the truths of the true Word of God.  Jesus Christ said of God’s Word, “Your Word is the Truth … If you continue in My word, you are truly My disciples.  And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free” (John 17:17; 8:31-32).

At our sister site, www.cbcg.org, there are more than 500 audio sermons and studies available as well as downloadable text.

In the world today truth is dying, especially biblical truth, because society is accepting personal opinion instead of facts; emotion and illusion instead of reality; and half-truths [lies] instead of the whole truth.  Lies come from governments and financial institutions, schools and universities, printed and electronic media, entertainment and movies, television and radio, and business and industry, as well as from churches, synagogues, mosques and temples. 

On a personal level people lie and cheat in their business dealings.  Lying, cheating and stealing are likewise so entrenched within the ranks of employers and employees that businesses lose billions of dollars each year.  Students in school cheat on a massive scale.  Husbands and wives lie to each other while committing adultery, or they lie to hide gambling and drug/alcohol addictions.  Parents lie to their children—children to their parents.    

Because lying is so pandemic, truthfulness has become a rare character attribute.  Fueled by postmodern thinking, all lifestyles, religions and world views are held as equally valid.  Thus, “truth is fallen in the street” (Isaiah 59:14) and is being trampled under foot as rubbish. 

The only way out of this pandemic world deception is through the true Jesus Christ and the true Word of God—as there are many false christs and corrupted false Bibles.  It is the purpose and goal of Biblical Truth Ministries to preach and teach the pure biblical truth of God so that those who truly desire to know the truth can find it.  As Jesus said, “… the truth shall set you free.”
