Greetings brethren, welcome to the Feast of Tabernacles 2026. Time marches on. Hope everyone doing well, having a wonderful Feast for the five days.
We have learned a lot of things, spiritually and physically, getting to know one another from different places People have come through with:
different cultures
different kind of environments
different kind of rulership
All this we have faced throughout our journey, and we have stepped into the Feast of Tabernacles, which means we will be ruling with Christ for a thousand years!
What we are going to learn, what we have studied all this while is what is it about the Feast of Tabernacles? What is so great?
When people ask the question, what is so great about the Feast of Tabernacles? We have to give the answer that:
we are dwelling together with God’s people around the world
we are getting to know each other
we are dwelling together
we are learning together
we are moving together
That’s how God made the Israelites come out from Egypt and be with the people all around, millions of people gathered together, and they were in the wilderness for 40 years!
There were a lot of problems they encountered, Moses especially encountered a lot of problems with dealing with people. Likewise today, we have the same thing, that dealing with people, it’s not easy.
But before we come into the Feast of Tabernacles, the Millennium:
What is our purpose?
What is our requirement?
Why are we here?
What do we need to do?
All this, a big question mark, is always in our mind, that we have come through a lot of difficult times, and we know that what God requires from us is what we need!
What we are going to study today, we are going to learn how to be kings and priests in the Kingdom. Before we can get into how to be kings and priests, we have to enter the Kingdom. It’s not an easy task, but we have to make it. As the called ones, we are the called ones out of billions of people in the world, and there’s a requirement for us to go through. Let’s look at Matt. 25 and learn about the ten virgins.
Matthew 25:1: “Then shall the Kingdom of Heaven be compared to ten virgins...
What is “ten virgins”? When we think about ten virgins, or when I was young, I always think about the ten virgins is ten ladies who will be waiting.
But the “ten virgins” are the ones who have not worshipped idols, who have not worshipped any other god.
Exodus 20:1––the Ten Commandments: “And God spoke all these words, saying, ‘I am the LORD your God Who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other gods before Me’” (vs 1-3).
That’s the first commandment. That is the one we talk about, the virginity; the virgins.
Revelation 14:4: “These are the ones who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins; they are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. They were purchased from among men as firstfruits to God and to the Lamb, and no guile was found in their mouths; for they are blameless before the Throne of God” (vs 4-5).
Here we understand that the virgins are the ones who qualify to be in the Kingdom! But again, there are ten virgins, which means all ten have not worshipped the idols. That’s why they are called the virgins!
Matthew 25:1: “Then shall the Kingdom of Heaven be compared to ten virgins, who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. And five of them were wise, and five were foolish” (vs 1-2).
What is the meaning of foolish? Five were wise, all ten are virgins! But only the five were being wise.
What are the foolish people doing? All been called, but only five have been chosen! The other five are called the foolish!
Verse 3: “The ones who were foolish took their lamps, but they did not take oil with them; but the wise took oil in their vessels along with their lamps. Now, when the bridegroom was gone a long time, they all became drowsy and slept” (vs 3-5).
Verse 6: “But in the middle of the night there was a cry: ‘Look, the bridegroom is coming! Go out to meet him.”
Verse 7: Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, because our lamps are going out.’ But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there not be enough for us and for you. But instead, go to those who sell, and buy for yourselves’” (vs 7-9).
Verse 10: “And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and those who were ready...”
Here are ten virgins: five not ready, but the five, they were ready! What is the difference? Many are called, few are chosen!
“...and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast, and the door was shut. And afterwards the other virgins also came, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us.’ But He answered and said, ‘Truly I say to you, I do not know you’” (vs 10-12).
Matthew 7:21: “Not everyone who says to Me ‘Lord, Lord’ shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but the one who is doing the will of My Father, Who is in heaven. Many will say to me...” (vs 21-22).
Here, Jesus is talking about the people who know God. It’s not the people of the world, but the people who know Who is God. Like the ten virgins, all ten of them, know who God is. But only five were ready! The other five, they were foolish. Why they are foolish? Because they fall into these categories.
Verse 22: “Many will say to Me [Jesus] in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy through Your name? And did we not cast out demons through Your name? And did we not perform many works of power through Your name?’ And then I will confess to them, ‘I never knew you. Depart from Me, you who work lawlessness.’ Therefore, everyone who hears these words of Mine and practices them...” (vs 22-24).
Here is the key. Listen to the words or read the words and practice them, examples:
God want us to be the example to the world. During this Feast of Tabernacles, the examples that stood out the most. What we have learned throughout the year and what we are doing, what we have practiced from the Passover right up to the Last Great Day.
What are we doing? We have to put in practice!
“...I will compare him to a wise man...”
Here again, the wise and the foolish. Those five virgins are the wise ones who Christ compares them with.
“...I will compare him to a wise man, who built his house upon the Rock; and the rain came down, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; but it did not fall, for it was founded upon the Rock” (vs 24-25).
The five virgins are founded upon “the Rock” That’s why they are ready. They are the ones who listen and practice!
What about the other five?
Verse 26: “And everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not practice them shall be compared to a foolish man, who built his house upon the sand; and the rain came down, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell, and great was the fall of it” (vs 26-27).
Here we understand, keeping God’s Commandments and practice... James said, ‘Show me your work, I will show my faith.’ Faith without works is dead!
Therefore, when we practice, when we here, we practice. Practice means we apply that on our regular life!
We have seen a lot of people during the Feast and what we have seen in there. Those who are practicing God’s way, you can see them as wise ones!
When the rain came down it blew––and the foolish who built the house on the sand––it fell on a great fall.
Verse 28. “Now, it came to pass that when Jesus had finished these words, the multitudes were amazed at His teaching.”
Here we learn about how to practice God’s way, how to keep God’s Laws and Commandments, and you need to subscribe to the book: God’s Plan for Mankind Revealed By His Sabbath and Holy Days. You can get the details out of all the festivals and about the Feast of Tabernacles is something great that we need to learn. Let’s learn what we are required to do.
Matthew 25:34: “Then shall the King say to those at His right hand, ‘Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.’”
God already prepared His Kingdom for His people, and that is for the wise ones, which means those who practice God’s Way! It’s not given to everyone. Only ‘many are called, few are chosen.’
Verse 35: “For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat...”
It’s talking about the wise. Who are the wise? The wise ones are the ones who give Him something to eat!
“‘...I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you took Me in; I was naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me’” (vs 35-36).
Verse 37: “Then shall the righteous answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, and fed You? Or thirsty, and gave You a drink? And when did we see You a stranger, and took You in? Or naked, and clothed You? And when did we see You sick, or in prison, and came to You?’” (vs 37-39).
Verse 40: “And answering, the King shall say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, inasmuch as you have done it to one of the least of these My brethren...’”
We have done all this. Taking care of the brethren. Taking care of the people, God’s people. How we take care of them. How we treat them. All these are being recorded by God. God knows:
what we have done
what we are doing
what we are not doing
This is a clear picture.
“...inasmuch as you have done it to one of the least of these My brethren, you have done it to Me” (v 40).
Now, here comes the wicked:
Verse 41: “Then shall He also say to those on the left, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed ones, into the eternal fire, which has been prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry, and you did not give Me anything to eat; I was thirsty, and you did not give Me anything to drink; I was a stranger, and you did not take Me in; I was naked, and you did not clothe Me; I was sick, and in prison, and you did not come to visit Me’” (vs 41-43).
Verse 44: “Then they also shall answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and we did not minister to You?’”
Verse 45: Then shall He answer them, saying, “Truly I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, neither did you do it to Me.”
Again, the practice, this is Christ’s mind, the mind of Christ, we have to practice and to do and to take care! All this comes as how God determines a wise one and the foolish one.
1-Corinthians 6:9: “Don’t you know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor abusers of themselves as women, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the Kingdom of God” (vs 9-10).
These are the things that people do who can never inherit the Kingdom of God.
Gal. 5––We see the same group of the people with same kind of attitude that cannot enter the Kingdom.
Galatians 5:13: “For you have been called unto freedom, brethren; only do not use this freedom for an occasion to the flesh; rather, serve one another with love.”
That’s what we are practicing here at Feast of Tabernacles. We are serving the brethren with love and loving one another.
Verse 14: “For the whole Law is fulfilled in this commandment: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’” James called that as a royal law.
I always said that whenever we attend Sabbath services, we keep the Sabbath, and we are fulfilling the two Commandments. Because we meet the brethren, we getting to know them, we know the difficulty they have gone through, and we encourage one another, edify one another, that is what we call the royal love! The royal law, which is, love your neighbor as yourself!
When we keep the Commandments of God, we are loving God. We are fulfilling both Commandments during the Sabbath Day. During the Feast, we are likewise doing the same thing.
Verse 15: “But if you bite and devour one another, watch out lest you be consumed by one another. Now this I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh” (vs 15-16).
When we walk in the Spirit, we are coming out of the lust of the flesh. Lust and the Spirit always go against.
Verse 17: “For the flesh lusts against the Spirit...”––lust is worldly, Spirit is of God!
Verse 16: “Now this I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these things are opposed to each other, so that you cannot do those things you wish to do. 18: But IF you are led by the Spirit, you are not under works of law)” (vs 16-18).
When we have the Spirit of God, when we keep the Commandments, in such things there is no law, because we are keeping the Commandments.
That reminds me of Job. When you read the book of Job, you understand Job is an upright man. Why? Because he was keeping all God’s Commandments, and what he needed to do. He was being very faithful, BUT what caught Him up? Self-righteousness!
But if you take away that, God knows He is being upright, because He is led by the Spirit!
Verse 18: “But IF you are led by the Spirit, you are not under works of law. Now, the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, licentiousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, strifes, jealousies, indignations, contentions, divisions, sects, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revelings, and such things as these; concerning which I am telling you beforehand, even as I have also said in the past, that those who do such things shall not inherit the Kingdom of God” (vs 18-21)
Look at the list! We know all those who are doing all this, they cannot inherit the Kingdom! Here we learn what we need to do. During this Feast of Tabernacles, what we are required to do.
Verse 22: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faith, meekness, self-control; against such things there is no law. But those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts. IF we live by the Spirit, we should also be walking by the Spirit” (vs 22-25)––which means practice!
we are here to practice
we are here to learn from one another
we are here to grow in the grace and in the knowledge and in the mind of Christ
That is all about our calling!
Verse 26: “We should not become vainglorious, provoking one another and envying one another.”
These are the things that human beings commonly have towards one another.
We as God’s people, we have to overcome all these things because it’s nature. That’s why God gave us the law of sin and death within us. He has given us the free moral agency to think what we need to do, what we cannot do.

It’s all layered by layered; it’s added to us as the character. God is looking at the character of a person.
The ten virgins, the five not prepared, the five ready. God is looking at the five ready rather than the five foolish!
2-Peter 1:1: “Simon Peter a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to those who have obtained the same precious faith as ours by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ: Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, according as His Divine Power has given to us all things that pertain to life and Godliness...” (vs 1-3).
We will read more about Godliness. What is Godliness? When we are doing the will of God, we are doing the right thing! The Godliness.
“...through the knowledge of Him Who called us by His own glory and virtue” (v 3).
What is virtue? Virtue is you are maintaining a very high level of standard in what you are!
Brethren, we are God’s people. We have our own standard. We are to be the light of the world! That is what virtue is all about.
A simple phrase you can put it as light of the world! Because light of the world is the standout upright standard that is virtue.
Verse 4: “Through which He has given to us the greatest and most precious promises, that through these you may become partakers of the Divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. And for this very reason also, having applied all diligence... (vs 4-5). We are to be diligent in:
studying God’s Word
in prayer
in our Christian walk
in our character
“...besides add to your faith virtue...” (5).
We have to add faith. ‘Faith without work is dead.’ We have to have the faith, the diligence, the faith and the virtue. When we have all these combined we have virtue, which means diligently study God’s Word and have faith and apply that in our life, daily life before we can have the virtue.
“...and to virtue, knowledge” (v 5).
We get knowledge from study. The more we study the more we draw close to God, God is giving us the knowledge!
Verse 6: “And to knowledge, self-control
What we read in Gal. 5 those are the things which need self-control:
lust of the flesh
lust of the eyes
What we see, what we do we need to have self-control of not doing any of that.
“...and to self-control, endurance...” (v 6). Endurance is what we have to hope for! We are waiting for. That is the endurance we need to have.
Patience; this is a long term patience, we call it as endurance. When we endure we know God is going to do something with us. There is a purpose in us.
When you look at the parable of the talents God has given each one a measure of talent. Even the least get one. Everyone gets the talent, and how you multiply it.
When you endure you know God is working out something, the gift that God has given to each and every one of us is going to work it out something. There will be something. That’s why we are here in this Feast of Tabernacles, to know that we are the training ground for the Millennium to run with Christ for the thousand years! We need to learn all this.
“...and to endurance, Godliness” (v 6). That is where our point is.
When we look at Gal. 5 the sins are ungodly; you can classify as the ungodly.
The nine fruits of Holy Spirit are Godliness! You can separate those two.
The first, the ungodly are the five foolish! The Godly are the five wise.
Verse 7: “And to Godliness, brotherly love...” We come for the Feast. We have all the brethren:
to love
to show
to be together
to learn from one another
to show compassion toward one another
to show love toward one another
All these are the brotherly love!
“...and to brotherly love, the love of God” (v 7).
You see how it all layered by layer before we can ever think about entering the Kingdom.
We should have all these things added to us before we come to the love of God! That’s where we know that we are going to enter the Kingdom.
For if these things exist and are born in you, they will cause you to be neither lacking effort nor lacking fruit in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. We will not lack anything, brethren. That is something spectacular when we think about how God is working with each and every one of us. Why we are here? Because God has chosen us out of this world.
How many of us are gathering together? A very minority compared to the world. But we are blessed in so many ways. Why we are here? It’s because of God’s love!
But the one whom these things are not present is spiritually blind. The five foolish are spiritually blind! So short-sighted that he has forgotten that he was purified from his old sins. For this reason, brethren, be even more diligent to make your calling and election sure. Because IF you are doing these things, you will never fall at any time.
That is the promise! That is the promise! When we go to God, ‘Lord, Lord,’ we know God is going to call us. If not, God says, ‘I didn’t know you. You were lawlessness.’ All this applies!
For in this way, you will be richly granted into the Eternal Kingdom. What about that? This is what we have been talking about:
this is why we are here
this is what we are hoping for
this is the promise
For in this way, you will be richly granted an entrance into the Kingdom of God, the Kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
What a promise, brethren! What a promise that all of us are waiting and hoping for! But we have a lot to do. We have work to do before we really can look for all this. Christ will return in His set time, and we have to be ready. This is the training ground that we always look for.
1-Peter 4:1: “Consequently, since Christ has suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind because the one who has suffered in the flesh has finished living in sin.”
Christ has done it. He died for us! That’s why we keep the Passover. Christ died for us. The only friend who can die for us is Jesus Christ. He died for us and He finished living in sin.
Verse 2: “To this end: that he no longer live his remaining time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.”
Why did Christ come as a human being? To show us what a human being can do! A human being can have questions.
God didn’t know what is the life a human being lives
God don’t know what is the difficulty a human being goes through
That’s why Christ had to come as a human being without sin!
He has passed and He have taken all the sins of the people. He died for us. Think about that. Who can do that for you if not Jesus Christ? He came into human form, human flesh. He experienced every emotion, every problem, every trial, every difficulty.
He faced everything what we face now and what He faced during His time, when He was about to die, the scourging and the torturing. No one has gone through. None of us have gone through. Christ showed us how to live a human life and enter the Kingdom.
He ascended to the Father. How is it possible as a human? IF we are to follow of Christ, we are duty bound to keep His Commandments!
Verse 3: “For the past time of our lives is sufficient to have worked out the will of the Gentiles, when we ourselves walked in licentiousness and lusts, and were debauched with wine, carousing, drinking and wanton idolatries. In seeing this difference in your behavior, they are astonished that you do not rush with them into the same overflowing debauchery, and they revile you. But they shall render an account to Him Who is ready to judge the living and the dead” (vs 3-5).
We had to flee. We had to run away from all this problem. Like Joseph, he had to run away from Potiphar’s wife. He ran away because he don’t want to sin. He don’t want to be part of it. Likewise
Are we being tempted by the lust of the flesh?
By what we see, the lust of the eyes?
Are we getting tempted?
Are we getting into them?
Are we getting into the people?
Are we getting along with those kind of people?
Friendship with the world is enmity with God!
Verse 6: “And for this purpose the Gospel was preached to those who have died so that, although in the flesh they may in fact have been judged according to men’s standards, on the other hand, they might live according to God’s will in the Spirit. Now the end of all things has drawn near. Therefore, be serious-minded and be watchful in prayers” (vs 6-7).
Brethren, our God is a very serious God. He’s a jealous God. He’s a merciful God, no doubt. But He’s a jealous God, and He is a serious God! What we do, even if it’s little or a small, there is no small sin/big sin, but sin is sin; God is very serious about that! Likewise, we have to be serious and be watchful in prayers.
Verse 8: “But above all, have fervent love among yourselves because love will cover a multitude of sins.” Love one another. That is far more important. Remember:
Verse 9: “Be hospitable to one another without complaining.”
What God hates the most. God hates complaining and murmuring! If we are sitting down and complaining and murmuring:
God is not helping
God is not healing
God is not doing that
God is not doing this
This is all part of what the Israelites have done. God regretted creating mankind. We have to do that! We have to follow the examples. Whatever we read in the Bible, all those are examples given to us.
Why all those examples given to us? For us to know is just not the words, it’s the examples of God’s people who lived through ages! We are here, sitting down, we can know what they have gone through in life and what we need to learn from that.
Verse 10: “Let each one, according as he has received a gift from God, be using it to serve the others as good stewards... [that’s what we are learning. We have to be]: ...good stewards of the grace of God, which manifests itself in various ways. If anyone speaks, let it be as the words of God; if anyone serves, let it be as from the strength which God supplies; so that in everything, God may be glorified through Jesus Christ to Whom is the glory and the power into the ages of eternity. Amen” (vs 10-11).
Brethren, let’s see what we need to do during this Feast and what we have learned all these five days. We have to apply that and what we need to do more.
Ephesians 5:1: “Therefore, be imitators of God as beloved children...”
We have to be the imitators! That’s why we are here, the Feast of Tabernacles is where we learn to imitate God!
Verse 2: “And walk in love, even as Christ also loved us, and gave Himself for us as an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling savor. But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, do not permit it even to be named among you, as is fitting for saints; nor filthiness, nor foolish talking or jesting, which are not becoming; but instead, thanksgiving” (vs 2-4).
Give thanks to God! How many of us always give thanks to God for what we have? Brethren, we are better than millions and millions of people, even in whatever degree we are in our life. We always need to be grateful and thankful to God in everything.
Verse 5: “For this you know, that no fornicator, or unclean person, or covetous person, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the Kingdom of Christ and of God.”
This is what we have been studying today, the inheritance in the Kingdom. To enter the Kingdom, we have to put on Christ.
Verse 6: “Do not let anyone deceive you with vain words; for because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience.”
God is going to punish. God is going to punish the whole world. God is going to punish those who are doing all these acts of immorality.
Verse 7: “Therefore, do not be joint partakers with them.”
Stay away if you have friends or anyone in school or in college, in workplace or whatever. Stay away from them.
Verse 8: “For you were once darkness; but now you are light in the Lord....”
We were all walking in the darkness at one time until we were baptized. Then we see the Light. God has given us the Light!
“...Walk as children of Light, (because the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and Truth); proving what is well pleasing to the Lord; and have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them” (vs 8-11).
We know we are living in this world. We cannot avoid it. That’s what Christ said to God!
That we cannot put God’s people out of the world. We have to live within the world with the people, within the people who are being evil and doing all kind of evil continuously. Christ is requesting God to give us the protection. Are we getting into that? We have all these gadgets, AI and everything.
You go in, you see 99% is sin. Everything lawlessness, what you open, what you see, what kind of video you watch, everything is evil to the maximum. People always love to see the negative videos.
Verse 12: “For it is shameful even to mention the things being done by them in secret. But all of these things being exposed by the light are openly revealed. Therefore, He says, ‘You who are sleeping—wake up, and arise from the dead! And Christ shall shine upon you.’ So then, take heed that you walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as those who are wise” (vs 12-15).
Here again, the fools and the wise. We have to walk like a wise. A wise man!
Verse 16: “Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. For this reason, do not be foolish... [again the word foolish] ...but understanding what the will of the Lord is” (vs 16-17).
What we need to understand: What is the will of God? We are here, during the Feast of Tabernacles, we learn and God has assigned all these festivals for us. The Sabbath and the Holy Days. God has given us the festivals. We have to think about all this. That is the will, God’s will! Keeping His Commandments; God’s will!
Verse 18: “And do not be drunk with wine, in which is debauchery, but be filled with the Spirit: Speaking to each other in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and offering praise to the Lord with your hearts; giving thanks at all times for all things to God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Submit yourselves to one another in the fear of God” (vs 18-21).
That’s what we are doing now, brethren. We are to love one another! We have to submit to one another. We know there’s a difficult time when we get together with people. There’s always difficult times where quarreling, vain words, offending one another. All these are part and parcel of getting together with the group. We need to eliminate all these!
That’s why we need God’s love in us. The fear of God must be within us. It always needs to apply. We don’t have to worry about what others are thinking, what others are doing, what others are saying, but what we need to do, because every one of us have to be answerable to God, individually!
Salvation is individual, though we are collective today, but we all are subject to what we are doing in person!
Ephesians 6:10: “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the might of His strength. Put on the whole armor of God... [that’s what we need to do] ...so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil” (vs 10-11).
That is what devil will try to do, Satan and demons. That’s what they try to do. They try to create discord among brethren. They know that we are keeping the Feast of God. Feast of Tabernacles. Satan knows all of us will be get together. There will be always Satan will pick someone and instigate something! That is naturally happening.
How are we going to fight all this? We have to do this. We have to be strong in the Lord, in the might of His strength.
Verse 11: “Put on the whole armor of God so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil, because we are not wrestling against flesh and blood, but against principalities and against powers, against the world rulers of the darkness of this age, against the spiritual power of wickedness in high places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God so that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and having worked out all things, to stand. Stand, therefore, having your loins girded about with Truth, and wearing the breastplate of righteousness” (vs 11-14).
In other words, we have to put on Christ. Christ has to work within us. We have to have the mind of Christ:
Philippians 2:5: “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.”
We have to have the mind of Christ to always work with us, to think about:
who we are
what we are
what is our purpose
what we are doing in life
We have been called as the special ones! All of us, rich, poor, whatever, disabled, healthy, whatever you can say. All of us have been called for a purpose. What kind of purpose is that? To be kings and priests and to rule with Christ!
We have to be ready; v 15: “And having your feet shod with the preparation of the Gospel of Peace. Besides all these, take up the shield of the faith, with which you will have the power to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one” (vs 15-16).
We can be able to stand how much of offenses, how much people treat us, how they do. I know many people will go through a difficult time during in the Church or outside the Church, because all of us are human beings. But in the Church:
we need to have the mind of Christ
we have to have the attributes of Christ working within us
we have to have the love for one another.
we have to have the Commandment to apply to one another
This will make us to have a better feeling towards one another. What other people do, it’s not our problem. God knows what to do. Can anyone punish anyone? If God punishes, it will be in a different way. People know that God is in place.
Verse 17: “And put on the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.” The Word of God, the sword!
What we learn, what we do, we have to have all this in us.
Verse 18: “Praying at all times with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and in this very thing being watchful with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.”
Brethren, we are here on Day 5. We have learned a lot during these 5 days. We learned more. We have a lot of things to overcome. We have a lot of things to look for. More great things can happen.

spend time with one another
get to know people
Don’t be always with the people you know, being friends and relatives.
get to know people
get to know their culture
get to know their tradition
get to know how their place is all about
This is what we are here to learn about people. What people look like. How they look like.
different in complexion
different in words
different in mannerism
different in dressing
different in so many, so many aspects
When we get to know people, we learn we can know what is the other side of the coin.
Take this Feast as a memorable one. Love one another. Treat one another. Go to meals with them. Have a lot of chat with them. It’s not about always activity.
I know every Feast site, we have activities, but even that spend more time with one another even if you are in activity. Go and get along with people. Get to know people. There are so many people come for the Feast with:
a lot of difficulty
a lot of dejections
a lot of troubles
a lot of things would have been carried them to the Feast
Why they are here? Just to be with God’s people and in the presence of God! All of us are here in the presence of God. We have to be Godly!
